Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible

I am Takawira Joseph Mumanga, an individual, and I am responsible for the personal data you provide to me through this site. For any privacy matter you can write to me through the contact form or at takawiramumanga@gmail.com.

2. Data used

Only what you type into the contact or certificate-request forms: name, email address, organization and message. I do not ask for sensitive data; please do not include any.

To limit form abuse, the server uses your IP address momentarily and in memory to throttle repeated submissions; I do not store it. The hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) may keep your IP address in its own technical access logs under its own policies.

If you use the site assistant, the text of your questions (and the latest replies in the conversation) is sent to the site’s server to generate the answer. Please do not type personal, sensitive or confidential data into the assistant; use the contact form for that.

3. Purposes

Only to answer your message or certificate request and to follow up on that conversation. I do not use them for advertising, I do not sell them and I do not build profiles.

Assistant messages are used only to generate the answer. The site does not store them or link them to you.

4. Who receives it

The message reaches me by email and only I receive it. Technical providers process the data solely to provide the service: Microsoft Azure (site hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google/Gmail (receiving it in my mailbox). These providers may process data outside Mexico, for example in the United States or the European Union. I do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

For the assistant, the text of your questions is processed through OpenRouter and the provider of the Super Intelligence model that serves the request, which may process the data outside Mexico and keep it under their own policies. These providers do not receive your name or email, only the text you type into the assistant.

5. Retention

The site does not keep your data in its own database. It stays in my mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations.

The site does not store assistant conversations; they exist only in your open browser page and are lost when you reload.

6. Your rights

You may access, rectify or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent (ARCO rights) by writing to takawiramumanga@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy”. I will reply within the periods set by the applicable Mexican law.

7. Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. It only stores two preferences in your browser (light/dark theme and language) to remember your choice. Fonts are served from this same site.

8. Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
